Our prestigious chef Gino Bara and his family offer us authentic Italian cooking such as the white truffle(??) tortellini, Parmesan risotto and his characteristic homemade pizzas. He also prepares a variety of Mediterranean dishes. And what better to go with this delicious food than a bottle of some of the greatest local Penedès wine.
The Dolce Vita restaurant is a gastronomic designer space bathed by sunlight in which to taste dishes of great quality and innovation.
It’s menu which is renewed according to the season is based on the best dishes from Mediterranean and Italian cooking with a designer’s touch to match the hotel’s decoration. It’s the perfect place to taste an exquisite range of Mediterranean dishes in a privileged atmosphere.
Furthermore, the hotel’s kitchen team daily designs menus that please the most demanding palates with a wide variety of meat, fish, pasta and vegetable courses.
It opens every day except Sunday. We do open on Sundays for special celebrations that must be booked in advance.
